Usage is governed and understood per New Jersey federal courts to the exclusion of conflicting legal principles in other jurisdictions. Radwell visitors understand claims against Radwell.ca's Usage Policy may be filed within New Jersey federal courts only.

Radwell.ca is not culpable for damages including non-direct, extraordinary, incidental, consequential or contractual culminating from use of this site. The aforementioned limitations are the basis of the agreement between Radwell.ca and its customers. The exclusive remedy for legal settlement is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service purchased.

The customer supplying credit card information asserts the information is accurate; charges will be honored by the customer's credit card company, and the card user will pay fees charged the customer at rates effective at the time of transaction with appropriate tax. The customer shall be responsible for all charges incurred through use of the password supplied by the customer.
